I contacted the support team and they have gone out of their way to get the component working the way I need it to and I have been very pleased with the results. They have been very professional and always done what they said. For that I give this component a excellent rating. I have asked for a couple of more enhancements and they said that they will more then likely be in the next release 1.8. I am looking forward to it. All other developers that offer paid components should take a close look at how they handle support, because they are awesome.

However, after contacting the support guys at JC, I have to say they were superb. They took the time to put things right fully and in the process even upgraded me from 1.5.0 to 1.5.7.
